Should We All Be Vegetarians?
There are many benefits to becoming a vegetarian but do you know why? It is surprising how many people are willing to do this but cannot grasp just how important even one person who changes is in the overall picture. Although a single person’s sacrifice may be small, you have to multiply that by many millions around the world. Health is one issue which you cannot escape from as it is the consumption of meat that is the number one cause of heart disease in the United States.
Meat, dairy produce and eggs are the main sources of cholesterol which are the contributing factors in coronary heart disease and other circulation problems. The organization Earth Save says that a meat eating individual is four times more likely to have a heart attack as a vegetarian. Those individuals that have gone one step further an become vegans have around a ten percent chance of a heart attack as opposed to people on regular diets. A healthy heart is not the only ‘health benefit’ to becoming a vegetarian as there are other reasons too. Vegetarians often need to supplement like HGH supplement their diets. We have created a superb product for all vegetarians and people who have a reduced meat and dairy diet.
There is less likelihood of cancer owing to the reduced number of preservatives that will be in your diet compared to a person that regularly eats meat. Animal feed also contains hormones to make them put weight on faster so vegetarians are not usually exposed to these chemicals which most people consume everyday. The consumption of lactose will also be reduced which is claimed to cause some digestive problems. On a more ethical note, you will be surprised how much less suffering in animals you will be responsible for by becoming a vegetarian.
org, the average American consumes 2,714 land animals in their lifetime. It is a sobering thought that a change in diet could literally save hundreds of animals from being slaughtered over the course of a decade alone. If you were also to give up dairy products and eggs, many battery hens and cows would not need to be used to feed you. So if you haven’t worked it out by now, yes we can all make a difference both individually and collectively which should show why becoming a vegetarian is so important. Many animal lives would be saved and your life would be improved with less chance of you developing cancer or a coronary heart condition.
